  1. 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

  2. 2 tbsp butter

  3. 3 garlic cloves, minced

  4. 1 cup heavy cream

  5. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  • Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.

  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a simmer. Add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens (about 2-3 minutes).

  • Return steak bites to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
