- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup melted butter or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder (if using), cheese, and herbs.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the bread is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool slightly before slicing.
