These Healthy Banana Oat Cookies are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and applesauce—no sugar, no flour! Packed with oats, dark chocolate, and cinnamon, they’re a wholesome snack or breakfast treat everyone will love.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup raisins or chopped nuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (recommended: Lily’s no-sugar-added)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and applesauce. Stir in oats, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Fold in raisins or nuts and dark chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until cookies are set and lightly golden on the edges.
- Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 1 week refrigerated.
- For extra crunch, toast the oats lightly before mixing.
- Customize with coconut flakes, dried cranberries, or chia seeds.
