Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, drained green beans, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Assemble Casserole: Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
