- 4 buns, halved
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 mojo grilled chicken thighs, warm
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices pickle
Instructions
- Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the inside of each bun half.
- Layer the bottom half of each bun with one grilled chicken thigh, one slice of ham, one slice of Swiss cheese, and two pickle slices.
- Top with the other half of the bun.
- Press the sandwiches in a hot grill pan or panini press until the bread is crisp and the cheese is melted.
