Ingredients

  • 4 buns, halved
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 mojo grilled chicken thighs, warm
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices pickle

Instructions

  1. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the inside of each bun half.
  2. Layer the bottom half of each bun with one grilled chicken thigh, one slice of ham, one slice of Swiss cheese, and two pickle slices.
  3. Top with the other half of the bun.
  4. Press the sandwiches in a hot grill pan or panini press until the bread is crisp and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve warm.
