  4. 1/21 teaspoon garlic powder (adjust to taste)
  5. 6 ounces green olives with pimento, drained (reserve the brine)
  6. 3 tablespoons olive brine (optional, for desired consistency)

Instructions

  • In a food processor, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and thoroughly combined.
  • Add the onion powder and garlic powder, adjusting the amounts based on your flavor preference. Mix well.
  • Add the green olives and pulse until the olives are finely chopped and evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Gradually add the olive brine, starting with one tablespoon, and continue adding more until the dip reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can adjust the garlic and onion powder to your taste, adding more if you prefer a bolder flavor.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • For a smoother dip, blend the olives longer in the food processor.
