Description

A refreshing and healthy green detox juice packed with vitamins and antioxidants to kickstart your day. Perfect for cleansing and boosting energy levels.


Ingredients

Scale
  1. 2 cups kale leaves
  2. 1 cup spinach leaves
  3. 1 cucumber
  4. 2 celery stalks
  5. 1 green apple
  6. 1 lemon, peeled
  7. 1-inch piece of ginger

Instructions

  • Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Chop the kale, spinach, cucumber, and celery into smaller pieces.
  • Core and chop the green apple.
  • Peel the lemon and ginger.
  • Add all ingredients to a juicer.
  • Blend until smooth and well combined.

 

  • Serve immediately or refrigerate.

  • You can adjust the amount of ginger to your taste for a spicier kick.
