Description

These Grape Crush Cupcakes are a fun and fruity twist on traditional cupcakes, with a refreshing grape flavor from Grape Crush soda and a creamy grape jelly frosting. Perfect for parties, birthdays, or a fun dessert treat!

    • 1 box of vanilla cake mix
    • 1 cup of soda (Grape Crush or similar)
    • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
    • 3 large eggs

    • 1 cup of grape jelly
    • 1/2 cup of butter, softened
    • 2 cups of powdered sugar
    • 12 tablespoons of milk (as needed)

    For Decoration:

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.

  • Prepare the Cupcake Batter:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, soda, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended and smooth.
