- 1 box of vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup of soda (Grape Crush or similar)
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
For the Frosting:
- 1 cup of grape jelly
- 1/2 cup of butter, softened
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons of milk (as needed)
For Decoration:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners. -
Prepare the Cupcake Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, soda, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended and smooth. -
Fill the Cupcake Liners:
Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full. -

Make the Frosting:
While the cupcakes are cooling, beat together the softened butter and grape jelly until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well. If the frosting is too thick, add milk a little at a time until you reach your desired consistency. -

Once the cupcakes are completely cool, frost them generously with the grape jelly frosting. -
