Instructions

  • Prepare the Fruit Filling:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved grapes, mixed berries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir well to coat the fruit evenly.
    • Pour the fruit mixture into a greased 8×8 baking dish or similar-sized ovenproof dish.
  • Prepare the Crumble Topping:
    • In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and salt.
    • Cut the cold butter into the mixture using a fork or pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Assemble the Crumble:
    • Evenly distribute the crumble topping over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
    • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
  • Serve:
    • Allow the crumble to cool slightly before serving. You can serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
  • Optional Garnish:
    • Top each serving with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of color and freshness.
