- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- ½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice, for serving
- Peach slices and lemon wheels, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine chopped peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
- Stir in cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice with peach slices and lemon wheels for garnish, if desired.
Notes
- Use white or yellow peaches based on preference; both work beautifully.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness of the peaches and personal taste.
- For a sparkling version, replace half the water with club soda just before serving.
