Description

Refreshing and fruity, this Peach Lemonade blends ripe peaches with zesty lemon juice for a vibrant homemade drink that’s perfect for hot summer days. Sweet, tangy, and bursting with fresh flavor!


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • ½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice, for serving
  • Peach slices and lemon wheels, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine chopped peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
  3. Stir in cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice with peach slices and lemon wheels for garnish, if desired.

Notes

  • Use white or yellow peaches based on preference; both work beautifully.
  • Adjust sugar based on sweetness of the peaches and personal taste.
  • For a sparkling version, replace half the water with club soda just before serving.
