Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, ground coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the cod fillet pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the coated cod pieces on a greased baking sheet.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, melted butter, and minced garlic to make the lemon sauce.
  6. Pour the lemon sauce over the cod fillets.
