For the Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Broccoli:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
For the Bowl:
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 avocado (mashed)
- Pinch of salt

Prepare the Chicken:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, paprika, soy sauce, and honey. Cook for another 5 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat the chicken.

Roast the Broccoli:
- Toss broccoli florets with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes or sauté in a skillet until tender and slightly charred.

Assemble the Bowl:
- In a serving bowl, add a portion of cooked rice. Arrange the glazed chicken, roasted broccoli, sliced cucumber, and mashed avocado on top.
