- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the sea bass pieces with a pinch of salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sea bass pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add the chopped green onions and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Return the fried sea bass pieces to the skillet.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss until the fish is evenly coated.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
