    • 1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil

For the Chunky Peanut Butter Filling:

    1. 1 ⅓ cups powdered sugar
    2. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3. 1 ¼ cups crunchy peanut butter
    4. ½ cup salted sweet cream butter, melted

Instructions

Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly.

  • Chill & Set:
Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour or until fully set.

  • Slice & Enjoy:
Let the pie sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy this rich, creamy, chocolatey dessert!

Notes

  • Gluten-Free Option: Use gluten-free graham crackers to make this pie gluten-free.
  • The pie should be kept refrigerated until serving to maintain its shape and consistency.
  • For added texture, feel free to sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the ganache before chilling.
  • If you prefer a smoother pie, you can use creamy peanut butter instead of crunchy.
