Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 lb baby yellow potatoes, quartered
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) if baking. Alternatively, you can grill the packets over medium heat. -
Prepare the Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated. -
Assemble the Foil Packets:
Lay out four 12×12-inch sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly among them. -
Seal the Packets:
Fold and seal the edges of each foil sheet tightly to lock in the flavors. -
Cook:
Bake in the oven or grill over medium heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking and the potatoes are tender. -
