- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss shrimp in the mixture until well coated.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and golden.
