Description
A delicious combination of honey BBQ chicken and creamy garlic Parmesan potatoes. Perfect for a comforting and satisfying meal!
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix BBQ sauce and honey. Coat the chicken breasts with this sauce and place them on a baking sheet.
- Roast the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add halved potatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
- Pour the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce over the cooked potatoes, and serve with the honey BBQ chicken. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the thickness of the creamy garlic sauce by adding more or less heavy cream.
- If you want extra flavor, you can garnish the potatoes with more Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs like parsley.
- For a spicier kick, you can add red pepper flakes to the garlic sauce.
