Description

    • 1 lb ground chicken

  2. For the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

    1. ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2. ¼ cup breadcrumbs

    3. 2 tablespoons melted butter

    4. 1 clove garlic, minced


Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Lightly grease a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, mozzarella, beaten egg, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.

    • Mix until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the texture tender.

  • Shape the Meatloaf:

    • Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan or baking sheet, shaping it into a loaf.

  • Make the Garlic Parmesan Topping:

    • In a small bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, melted butter, and minced garlic until well combined.

    • Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

  • Bake:

    • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and crispy.

 

  • Serve:

    • Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
