  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs

Burgers

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Creamy Garlic Burger Sauce

  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • ¼ cup water (for cornstarch slurry)

Other

  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 brioche hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, and Italian herbs until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Preheat grill or skillet and cook burgers to desired doneness. Top each patty with a slice of provolone cheese near the end of cooking to melt.
  4. To make the sauce, combine minced garlic, garlic powder, and water in a saucepan. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Mix cornstarch with ¼ cup water to create a slurry and slowly whisk into the cream mixture. Cook until thickened.
  7. Season sauce with parsley, salt, and pepper.
  8. Spread cream cheese mixture on the bottom buns, place burger patties on top, then drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
  9. Cover with top buns and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for maximum flavor punch.
  • Serve with crispy fries or a fresh side salad to balance the richness.
  • Feel free to add sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions for extra depth.
