- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- ¼ cup water (for cornstarch slurry)

- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 brioche hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, and Italian herbs until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
