    • ½ tsp salt

    • ½ tbsp soy sauce

    For the Vegetables:

    • ½ cup broccoli florets

    • ½ cup carrots, sliced

    • ¼ cup red onion, chopped

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • ½ tbsp olive oil

    • ¼ tsp black pepper

    For the Rice:

    • 1 cup cooked white or brown rice


Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
