Description

These Garlic Cheeseburger Bites are the perfect combination of juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and savory garlic butter. Perfect for a party appetizer or a fun dinner option! Serve with your favorite burger sauce or Big Mac sauce for the ultimate flavor experience.

  1. 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix
  2. 1 pound ground beef
  3. 16 ounces shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese
  4. For Big Mac Sauce (optional):
    • 1 cup mayo
    • 1 tablespoon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon white vinegar (or pickle juice)
    • 3 tablespoons sweet relish
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  5. 1/4 cup garlic butter (from Red Lobster biscuit mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Red Lobster biscuit mix with the ground beef (do not follow the directions on the biscuit mix box).
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into 1 1/2 to 2-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels to remove excess grease.
  7. Prepare the garlic butter mixture using the instructions on the biscuit mix package and spread it on each burger bite.
  8. Optional: Serve with Big Mac sauce by mixing mayo, mustard, white vinegar (or pickle juice), sweet relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.

Notes

  • You can use your favorite burger sauce or even make a homemade garlic butter sauce for dipping.
  • The Big Mac sauce adds an extra layer of flavor, but it’s optional.
