  1. For the Steak Tips:

    • 1 ½ lbs steak tips

    • 4 tbsp butter

    • 3 cloves garlic, minced

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tsp salt

    • ½ tsp black pepper

    • ½ tsp smoked paprika

    For the Cheesy Rigatoni:

    1. 12 oz rigatoni pasta

    2. 2 cups heavy cream

    3. ½ cup whole milk

    4. 1 cup shredded mozzarella

    5. ½ cup shredded provolone

    6. ½ cup grated Parmesan

    7. 2 tbsp butter

    8. ½ tsp garlic powder

    9. ½ tsp Italian seasoning

    10. Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

For the Steak Tips:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season steak tips with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook the steak tips for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Toss the steak tips in the butter and garlic for about 1 minute, then remove from heat.

For the Cheesy Rigatoni:

  1. Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream and milk.

  3. Add shredded mozzarella, provolone, and Parmesan to the sauce, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth.

  4. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

  5. Toss the cooked rigatoni pasta into the cheesy sauce, making sure the pasta is well coated.

Serve
