Ingredients
Main Dish:
1½ lbs steak bites
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 cups heavy cream
1½ cups grated Parmesan
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook cheese tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add steak bites and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan and cook until slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss cooked tortellini in Alfredo sauce until coated. Plate the tortellini and top with steak bites. Drizzle garlic butter from the pan over the top before serving.
Notes
Use sirloin or ribeye for tender steak bites. Add steamed broccoli or spinach for a veggie boost. Sauce thickens as it cools, so serve immediately for best texture.
