Description

A bold and creamy pasta dish topped with tender garlic butter steak bites and tossed in a smoky chipotle cream cheese sauce for a spicy, satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • lbs sirloin, cubed
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
  • 8 oz pasta (shells or penne)
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 12 chipotle peppers in adobo, finely chopped
  • ½ cup milk or cream
  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sirloin cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides.
  3. Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic. Baste the steak bites with the garlic butter for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese with milk or cream until smooth.
  5. Stir in the chopped chipotle peppers and shredded cheese. Mix until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Serve pasta in bowls, top with steak bites, and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • Adjust chipotle quantity based on your spice preference.
  • Sirloin can be substituted with ribeye or NY strip for a richer flavor.
  • For a lighter sauce, use reduced-fat cream cheese and milk.
