Ingredients

Scale
  1. For the Steak Bites:

    • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • 1 tsp smoked paprika
    • Salt & pepper, to taste
    • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:

    1. 2 cups medium shell pasta
    2. 1 cup heavy cream
    3. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    4. ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    5. 1 tbsp butter
    6. 1 tsp garlic powder
    7. 1 tsp onion powder
    8. Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:
Boil the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

  • Add Garlic & Butter:
Reduce heat to medium, add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 30 seconds, stirring to coat the steak in the butter-garlic mixture. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

  • Combine Pasta & Cheese:
Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked shell pasta, stirring to coat evenly.

  • Assemble & Serve:
Plate the creamy parmesan shells and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Steak Options: You can also use ribeye or flank steak for this recipe, but sirloin provides the perfect balance of tenderness and flavor.
  • Creaminess Adjustment: Add more or less cream depending on your preferred sauce thickness.
  • Optional Add-ins: For extra flavor, you can add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the creamy pasta mixture.
