Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:
- 2 cups medium shell pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
Boil the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. -
Prepare the Steak Bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. -
Add Garlic & Butter:
Reduce heat to medium, add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 30 seconds, stirring to coat the steak in the butter-garlic mixture. Remove from heat and set aside. -
Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce:
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer. -
Combine Pasta & Cheese:
Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked shell pasta, stirring to coat evenly. -
Assemble & Serve:
Plate the creamy parmesan shells and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Steak Options: You can also use ribeye or flank steak for this recipe, but sirloin provides the perfect balance of tenderness and flavor.
- Creaminess Adjustment: Add more or less cream depending on your preferred sauce thickness.
