Steak: Sliced NY strip steak
Olive Oil
Baby Golden Potatoes (quarter or halve)
Unsalted Butter
Oregano
Thyme
Rosemary
Garlic (minced)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring often, until fork-tender. Set aside.
In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tbsp butter. Add sliced NY strip steak and cook to desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
Return the potatoes to the skillet, toss everything together, and season to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
If you prefer your steak well-done, you can cook it a little longer. For a medium-rare steak, aim for 4-5 minutes of cooking time.
For added flavor, you can garnish with fresh herbs like parsley or extra garlic.
