    For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

    1. 8 oz pasta (fettuccine, penne, or spaghetti)
    2. 2 tbsp unsalted butter
    3. 1 cup heavy cream
    4. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    5. 1/2 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
    6. 1/4 tsp garlic powder
    7. 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
    8. 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
    9. Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Sausage:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.

  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in red pepper flakes if using.

  • Combine:
    Return the sausage to the pan and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, ensuring the sausage is well coated and heated through. Garnish with parsley and set aside.

  • Cook the Pasta:
    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  • Make the Creamy Sauce:
