1 lb mushrooms (white button, baby bellas, etc.)
¼ cup butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt (plus more for sprinkling)
1–2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat the Grill:
Heat the grill to 350°F.
Prep the Mushrooms:
Slice mushrooms in halves or thirds, depending on their size.
Place them in a large bowl.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, garlic salt, and parsley.
Coat the Mushrooms:
Pour the garlic butter mixture over the mushrooms.
Toss to evenly coat the mushrooms.
Wrap for Grilling:
Lay a large sheet of heavy-duty parchment paper down.
Pour mushrooms into the center.
Fold two sides together and roll down to seal, then tightly roll up the edges.
Grill the Mushrooms:
Place the parchment packet on the grill.
Cook for 15 minutes, then turn and cook for another 10–15 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy:
Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes.
Serve directly from the foil or transfer to a bowl.
Sprinkle with extra garlic salt to taste.
You can adjust the garlic salt and parsley based on your preference.
