Ingredients

Scale
  1. For the Chicken Bites:

    • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
    • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

    For the Pasta:

    1. 12 ounces pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
    2. 1 cup heavy cream
    3. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
    5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cook Pasta:
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare Chicken:
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until well coated.

  • Cook Chicken:
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken bites and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  • Sauté Garlic:
In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  • Make Sauce:
Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook until the sauce thickens, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

  • Combine:
Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.

  • Toss with Pasta:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together to combine.

  • Serve:
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy your creamy, garlicky goodness!

Notes

  • Cheese Tip: For an extra cheesy flavor, you can add more Parmesan cheese to the sauce to your liking.
  • Vegetable Add-ins: Feel free to add vegetables like spinach, peas, or mushrooms to the pasta for added texture and nutrition.

  • Make it Spicy: If you enjoy a little heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce while it’s simmering.
