Description

This easy fruit and yogurt parfait is a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert with juicy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and crunchy granola. Perfect for meal prep or a refreshing treat!

  1. 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  2. ¼ cup granulated sugar
  3. 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  4. ½ cup blueberries
  5. ½ cup granola

Instructions

  • Macerate Strawberries:
    In a bowl, combine strawberries and sugar. Stir, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or overnight for extra juiciness).

  • Layer the Parfait:
    Divide half the strawberries between two glasses.
    Add half the Greek yogurt on top.
    Layer half the blueberries over the yogurt.
    Sprinkle all the granola evenly.
    Repeat the layers: strawberries, yogurt, and blueberries.
