This easy and delicious Fruit Salad is a refreshing mix of tropical and seasonal fruits, topped with creamy vanilla pudding. It’s perfect for any occasion and can be customized with your favorite fruits
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple chunks (in their own juice)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1 bunch green grapes (halved)
- 2 bananas (sliced)
- 1 pkg strawberries (sliced, as desired)
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding (Jell-O brand only)
- Optional: Additional fruits of your choice (e.g., apples, blueberries, kiwi)
Instructions

Prepare the Pineapple:
Pour the pineapple, juice and all, into a large bowl. -
Add Pudding Mix:
Add the vanilla pudding mix to the bowl and stir until the mixture becomes creamy. -
Add Fruit:
Stir in the drained mandarin oranges, followed by the halved grapes, sliced bananas, and strawberries. Mix until all fruit is evenly coated with the pudding mixture. -
Refrigerate:
Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for a while until it’s nice and cold. It tastes best when chilled, but you can serve it right away if needed. -
Serve:
