These Frozen Strawberry Banana Bites are a perfect healthy and refreshing treat for your dog! Made with banana, strawberries, yogurt, and peanut butter, these bites are not only delicious but also packed with nutrients. A great way to cool your dog off during warm weather!

Ingredients

  1. 1 ripe banana
  2. 56 fresh strawberries (stems removed)
  3. ½ cup plain yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored)
  4. 1 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free)

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana and slice it into small chunks. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
  • Blend: In a blender or food processor, combine the banana, strawberries, yogurt, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
  • Portion: Pour the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or small paper cups for easy serving.
  • Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely frozen.

 

  • Serve: Pop out a frozen bite and give it to your pup as a tasty treat! Store the remaining bites in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • Always check that the peanut butter used does not contain xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
  • These bites can also be stored in ice cube trays for easy portion control.
