- 1 ripe banana
- 5–6 fresh strawberries (stems removed)
- ½ cup plain yogurt (unsweetened and unflavored)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (xylitol-free)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana and slice it into small chunks. Wash the strawberries and remove the green tops.
- Blend: In a blender or food processor, combine the banana, strawberries, yogurt, and peanut butter. Blend until smooth.
- Portion: Pour the mixture into silicone molds, ice cube trays, or small paper cups for easy serving.
- Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Serve: Pop out a frozen bite and give it to your pup as a tasty treat! Store the remaining bites in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
- Always check that the peanut butter used does not contain xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
- These bites can also be stored in ice cube trays for easy portion control.
