Description
A refreshing and boozy frozen lemonade slush made with Limoncello, vodka, and lemonade—perfect for hot summer days and easy to scoop straight from the freezer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ounces lemonade concentrate (1 can)
- ¾ cup Limoncello
- ½ cup vodka (unflavored or citrus)
- 12 ounces lemonade
- Lemon-lime soda, sparkling water, or more lemonade for topping
Instructions
- Mix the slush ingredients: In a freezer-safe container, combine the lemonade concentrate, Limoncello, vodka, and lemonade. Stir well to ensure the lemonade concentrate is fully dissolved and the ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Freeze: Cover the container and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours, or overnight, to allow the mixture to freeze into a slush.
- Serve: Once frozen, scoop the slush into glasses using an ice cream scoop. Fill the glass about halfway.
- Top and garnish: Top the glass with lemon-lime soda, sparkling water, or more lemonade, depending on your preference. Garnish with a lemon slice if desired.
- Enjoy: Sip and enjoy this refreshing frozen treat.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the Limoncello and vodka and use extra lemonade or lemon-lime soda instead.
- Store the slush in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
- Add fresh mint or lemon zest for an extra flavor boost.
