Description

A refreshing and boozy frozen lemonade slush made with Limoncello, vodka, and lemonade—perfect for hot summer days and easy to scoop straight from the freezer.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup vodka (unflavored or citrus)
  • 12 ounces lemonade
  • Lemon-lime soda, sparkling water, or more lemonade for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the slush ingredients: In a freezer-safe container, combine the lemonade concentrate, Limoncello, vodka, and lemonade. Stir well to ensure the lemonade concentrate is fully dissolved and the ingredients are evenly mixed.
  2. Freeze: Cover the container and place it in the freezer for at least 8 hours, or overnight, to allow the mixture to freeze into a slush.
  3. Serve: Once frozen, scoop the slush into glasses using an ice cream scoop. Fill the glass about halfway.
