- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup French onion soup (canned or homemade)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (or mozzarella)

Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.

- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can substitute the Swiss cheese with Gruyère.
- You can make this dish ahead of time and refrigerate it until you’re ready to bake!
- If you prefer a crunchier top, you can broil for the last 2 minutes of baking.
