Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
½ cup cottage cheese
2 large eggs
¾ cup rolled oats
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Coconut oil or butter for greasing
Instructions

In a blender, combine banana, cottage cheese, eggs, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
