- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 3 green onions, diced

Instructions
- Soak the Noodles:
Soak the rice noodles according to the package directions. - Prepare Ingredients:
Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and dice the vegetables. - Heat the Oil:
Heat the canola oil in a wok or large sauté pan over medium-high heat. - Cook the Beef:
Add the beef, diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and soy sauce to the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the beef is browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Add Stock and Veggies:
