Description

These Bubbly Taco Salad Bowls are crispy, golden, and the perfect edible vessel for all your favorite taco fixings! Easy to make at home with just tortillas and a bit of oil.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 flour tortillas (1012 inch XL burrito size)
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil (or any flavorless oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly brush each tortilla with vegetable oil on both sides.
  3. Drape each tortilla over an inverted oven-safe bowl or over the bars of an oven rack to shape into a bowl.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  5. Carefully remove and let cool slightly before filling with your favorite taco salad ingredients.

Notes

  • Use oven-safe bowls or ramekins to form even, rounded taco bowls.
  • Keep an eye on them while baking—they can brown quickly!
  • Works great with gluten-free or whole wheat tortillas too.
  • Perfect for taco salad, nacho dips, or even chili.
