- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes until golden and caramelized.
- Add minced garlic and paprika. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until the broth is creamy and thick.
- Serve hot, topped with sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
