Description

Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a rich and spicy noodle dish combining tender marinated chicken, creamy garlic broth, and bold seasonings for a comforting, gourmet-style meal at home.


Ingredients

  • 2 fresh chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6–7 minutes until golden and caramelized.
  3. Add minced garlic and paprika. Stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes until the broth is creamy and thick.
  6. Serve hot, topped with sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
