These Holiday Cake Mix Cookie Bars are festive, colorful, and incredibly easy to make with just a few pantry staples. Made with yellow cake mix, Easter M&Ms, and melty chocolate chips, they’re the perfect quick treat for holidays, potlucks, or cookie exchanges. Ingredients
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Easter M&M candies
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.

Gently fold in M&Ms and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
