- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes or until it thickens to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and mix with your favorite stir fry vegetables, noodles, meat, or seafood.
- Alternatively, allow the sauce to cool and store it in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Notes
- Use 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup per pan of stir fry (for 3-4 servings).
- This sauce can be made in advance and stored for up to a week in the refrigerator.
