Description

This Easy Pizza Dip is the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer! Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold pizza flavors. Perfect for dipping tortilla chips, breadsticks, or crackers, this dip is a must-have for game nights and parties


Ingredients

  1. 1 lb ground beef

  2. 1 (8 oz) pepperoni stick, diced small

  3. 1 tbsp onion powder

  4. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

  5. 1 tbsp garlic powder

  6. 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  7. 1 cup marinara sauce

  8. lb Velveeta cheese, diced

  9. Mozzarella cheese, for garnish (optional)

  10. Tortilla chips or breadsticks, for serving


Instructions

  • Cook the Meat:
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and diced pepperoni until the beef is browned and the pepperoni releases grease. Drain excess grease.

  • Add Seasonings & Sauce:
    Stir in onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and marinara sauce. Mix well until fully combined.

  • Melt the Cheese:
    Add in Velveeta cheese, stirring until fully melted and smooth.

 

  • Serve:
    Transfer the dip to a serving dish. Garnish with mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips or breadsticks.

  • Feel free to add other pizza toppings like bell peppers, olives, or mushrooms to make this dip even more customized to your tastes.
