  2. 11 oz butterscotch chips
  3. 4 cups chow mein noodles
  4. 1 cup roasted peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Melt: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and creamy.
  • Mix: Gently fold in the chow mein noodles (and peanuts, if using) until evenly coated.
  • Drop: Scoop spoonfuls onto a sheet of wax paper. Let them cool and set completely.
