  10. Fresh herbs (like parsley or basil) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Marinate the cheese:
    In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cheese cubes to the mixture and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
