These Easy Homemade Pizza Bagels are the perfect quick meal or snack! Loaded with pizza sauce, melted mozzarella, pepperoni, and pancetta, these bagels come together in just 15 minutes. You can customize them with your favorite toppings for a delicious treat the whole family will love.

Main Ingredients:
- 4 bagels, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce of choice
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings:
- 12 slices pepperoni, cut into small squares
- 2 oz pancetta, cooked
- Dried oregano, to season
- Freshly ground black pepper, to season
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉. Adjust oven rack to the top third of the oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Slice the bagels in half and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce on the cut side of each bagel.
- Sprinkle about 1 ounce of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Arrange pepperoni slices and pancetta on top of the cheese.
- Lightly sprinkle with dried oregano and freshly ground black pepper. If desired, add a little more cheese on top.
- Place the bagels on the prepared parchment paper and repeat with the remaining bagels.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
Notes
- You can use any pizza toppings you like—mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives work great!
- For a vegetarian option, skip the pancetta and pepperoni and load up with more veggies or even some sautéed mushrooms.
- You can also add a drizzle of olive oil or sprinkle of red pepper flakes for an extra flavor boost.
- These pizza bagels are best served fresh, but you can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the oven.
