Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

- Transfer the mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use beef broth instead of water.
- Add diced bell peppers or mushrooms for a vegetable boost.
- Swap cheddar cheese for Monterey Jack or a cheese blend for a twist.
