  2. 2 cups baby carrots
  3. 5 stalks celery, chopped
  4. 2 packets brown gravy mix
  5. 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  6. 2 cups water
  7. ¼ cup butter, sliced
  8. 1 (24oz) container refrigerated mashed potatoes (or homemade)

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to the slow cooker:
    Place frozen meatballs, baby carrots, and chopped celery into your slow cooker.

  • Prepare the gravy mix:
    In a small bowl, whisk together brown gravy mix with 2 cups of water. Pour the mixture over the meatballs and vegetables.

  • Add onion soup mix:
    Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix evenly over the top.

  • Add butter:
    Distribute slices of butter across the ingredients in the slow cooker.

  • Cook:
    Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.

  • Prepare mashed potatoes:
    Prepare the mashed potatoes according to package instructions (or use homemade).
