Scale
  1. For the Spinach Dip:

    • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • ½ cup mayonnaise
    • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix (or 1 tsp garlic powder & onion powder)
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 small onion, finely diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Bunny Bread Bowl (Optional):

    1. 1 round bread loaf (sourdough or boule)
    2. 2 small bread rolls (for bunny ears)
    3. 2 raisins or black olives (for eyes)
    4. 1 small cherry tomato or radish slice (for nose)
    5. 2 small carrot sticks (for whiskers)

Instructions

  • Make the Spinach Dip:
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Mix in shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, onion, and garlic.
Stir in the drained spinach, mixing until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

  • Prepare the Bunny Bread Bowl (Optional):
Cut the top off the round bread loaf and hollow it out, leaving about 1-inch thick walls to form a bowl.
Attach two small bread rolls to the top using toothpicks to create bunny ears.
Use raisins or olives for eyes, a cherry tomato or radish slice for the nose, and carrot sticks for whiskers.

  • Assemble & Serve:
Spoon the spinach dip into the bread bowl.
Arrange crackers, toasted bread cubes, and fresh veggies (carrot sticks, celery, bell peppers) around the bunny.
Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to enjoy!

Notes

  • This dip can be served in a bread bowl or any serving dish of your choice.
