This 5-ingredient casserole is an easy, comforting meal that’s perfect for busy nights. Ground beef (or turkey), creamy mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, elbow macaroni, and cheddar cheese come together in a simple, delicious dish the whole family will love!

  1. 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  2. 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  3. 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
  4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  5. 1 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Cook the Beef:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  • Mix the Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes (with juice), and cooked macaroni. Stir well.
