- Silicone molds (for shaping)
Instructions
- Combine honey, lemon juice, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Gradually add the herbal tea mix and mix until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
- Press the mixture into silicone molds, ensuring they are packed tightly.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Pop the tea bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
