Ingredients
- 1 lb linguine pasta
- ½ lb lobster meat, chopped
- ½ lb crab meat
- ½ lb salmon fillet, cooked & flaked
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the Pasta:
Prepare linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside. -
Sauté the Garlic & Seasoning:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, cooking for about a minute until fragrant. -
Add the Seafood:
Stir in lobster, crab, and flaked salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through. -
Make the Sauce:
Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt & pepper to taste. -
Combine & Serve:
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated. Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan. Enjoy this indulgent Cajun-style feast!

- You can substitute the salmon with another fish of your choice, such as tilapia or cod, for a different flavor.
