Ingredients

Scale
  1. 1 lb linguine pasta
  2. ½ lb lobster meat, chopped
  3. ½ lb crab meat
  4. ½ lb salmon fillet, cooked & flaked
  5. 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  6. ¾ cup heavy cream
  7. ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  8. 2 tbsp butter
  9. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  10. Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta:
Prepare linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Sauté the Garlic & Seasoning:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and Cajun seasoning, cooking for about a minute until fragrant.

  • Add the Seafood:
Stir in lobster, crab, and flaked salmon. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  • Make the Sauce:
Pour in heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

  • Combine & Serve:
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring it’s well coated. Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan. Enjoy this indulgent Cajun-style feast!

Notes

  • You can substitute the salmon with another fish of your choice, such as tilapia or cod, for a different flavor.
  • For added heat, you can sprinkle some red pepper flakes into the sauce.
  • Serve with a side of garlic bread or a light salad for a complete meal.
